Description:

The White Stuff is a modified Chex mix (with Chex, Cheerios, pretzels, peanuts, and M&M's), covered with white chocolate.   I have found that this is not only a delicious snack, but one that is fast to make and a fantastic filler in gift baskets.

Ingredients:

• 5 Cups Corn Chex
• 5 Cups Cheerios
• 5 Cups Small Pretzels
• 5 Cups Peanuts
• 2 lbs White Chocolate
• 2 Cups M&M's

Instructions:

1.   Pour Corn Chex, Cheerios, Small Pretzels, and Peanuts into new garbage bag.  Shake well.

2.  Pour mixture onto foil lined cookie sheets and drizzle melted white chocolate over it.  Stir chocolate into mixture.

3.  Sprinkle M&M's over mixture and let harden at room temperature.  After hard, break apart and enjoy.

 

To store, break apart and place in Zip Lock bags or Cellophane bags for a more professional look.
