Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups butter
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 cup macadamia nuts
- 1 cup chopped white chocolate
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Cream together butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla.
3. In a different bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to the creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and chocolate.
4. Drop by teaspoonful onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes, until cookies are
golden brown.
