 CHOCOLATE MILK SHAKE

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cup cold milk
• 1 tbsp chocolate syrup
• 3 1/2 cups of ice

Instructions:

1.  Combine ingredients in blender and mix until smooth.  

     Note:  Adjust proportions to taste.
