Ingredients:
- 250 grams Caramello chocolate
- 1 tablespoon Kahlua (optional)
- 2 (300 ml) tubs thickened cream
Instructions:
1. Break chocolate into a large glass jug, add one tub
of cream and microwave for 3 - 4 MINUTES on MEDIUM or until
melted, beat until well blended. Leave to cool, add Kahlua and
chill.
2. Using an electric hand-beater whip cream until thick,
fold into chocolate mixture. Spoon into individual dishes or in
prepared individual pastry shells, cooked and cooled. Garnish
with grated chocolate or strawberries.
